What is our Strength & Conditioning program?

This program is composed of exercises that replicate normal everyday movement patterns.  Each program is custom designed to help you achieve your personal goals and includes a combination of compound lifts, free weight exercises, machine-based exercises and more!

The purpose of this program is to make it easier to perform specific tasks, whether that’s running, lifting weights, playing tennis, gardening or just throwing a ball around with the kids.

At Trained Physio in East Perth we are experienced and equipped to progress your rehabilitation from start to finish with access to a full-equipped gym and space to test out your return to activity and sport!

Trained Physio & Fitness work off extended consult times so our clients never feel rushed while they are seeing our team. We offer 60 min Initial consults and 30 min for any follow up appointments you may require.
