We Can Help Treat

We work with professional and amateur athletes, as well as casual players, to help you recover from injury and improve your movement.  Our physios can examine, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Groin and pelvic strain
  • Knee injuries and conditions including patellofemoral pain, meniscus tears and ACL injuries

  • Upper and lower leg injuries
  • Neck pain and injuries

After assessing you, our physiotherapists will discuss with you the most appropriate treatment plan and work with you to correct your training techniques and lifting techniques to ensure your have the best injury prevention strategies moving forward.

Trained Physio & Fitness work off extended consult times so our clients never feel rushed while they are seeing our team. We offer 60 min Initial consults and 30 min for any follow up appointments you may require.
