Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Treatment

The Carpel Tunnel is a canal of ligaments and small bones of the wrist on the palm side of your hand.  Tendons, blood vessels and nerves pass through the carpal tunnel as they make their way from the forearm to the hand.  There is a nerve that passes through this tunnel called the median nerve.  If the nerve is compressed this may lead to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
